Horace Holmes, co-anchor of ABC 7/WJLA TV's weekend news and weekday general assignment reporter, will be the Master of Ceremonies. The recipient of numerous journalism honors, including three Emmy Awards, Holmes has also received awards from the Associated Press, Sigma Delta Chi, Med Chi, and the National Association of Black Journalists.
