Each entry must have a marketing focus with quantifiable, measurable results, be in its original form, and must have been completed within the District of Columbia, State of Virginia or State of Maryland.
Entries in Marketing Research, Corporate Identity and Marketing Campaigns must have been completed during the 18 months prior to December 31, 2008.
Entries in Direct Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Collateral - Printed, Multimedia and Computer-Based Marketing, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Advertising and Promotional Items must have been completed during the 12 months prior to December 31, 2008.
Each entry must be prepared according to the checklist or will be subject to disqualification. You may enter as many campaigns/activities as you like, but you must submit one Entry Form per campaign/activity per award category.
